This category is open to women working in senior leadership roles who have demonstrated excellence in leadership, whilst helping to deliver significant organisation company over the past 12 months. Demonstrates innovation and ambition in driving her organisation forward and Is seen as a strong and respected leader.

Are you a journalist, blogger, photographer or a budding actress or an energetic film producer, an artist or a choreographer? This award acknowledges the female creative forces in media, performing artists and those behind the scenes.

An award recognising the female stars in education sector – candidates can be from any of the following: primary, secondary, adult, accredited or non accredited education sector working in teaching capacity.

This award is for a dedicated businesswoman. This award is open to both new start ups and established business organisations. Your business can be a private limited or community interest company.

This award is in memory of Anna Kinley, one of Bolton’s well known community volunteer who died at the age of 62. She helped everyone who needed help, individuals and groups alike. Anna volunteered for several community groups. She was vivacious, compassionate – and a Bollywood dance diva! Anna was a recipient of an Inspirational Women of Bolton Award 2016. This award recognises women who are making a significant contribution in bringing diverse communities together.

This award recognises and celebrates the contribution of volunteers aged 55 years and over to their local community. 

This award recognises and celebrates Outstanding Team Work and  is open to nominations of 3 or more women working together as a team, contributing to positive community development, in paid or unpaid capacity.  

Young Star Volunteer Awards

Organisations have a vital role to play in encouraging young people to volunteer. WIN Young Volunteer Awards is aimed at young people between the age of 9-25, who contribute positively in their communities. Any individual or organisation can nominate their volunteers for the WiN Young Star Volunteer Award.
